KEY INFORMATION
Has a crisp palate with fresh fruits including passionfruit, citrus and lingering stone fruit. Shows a fresh nose with tropical fruits, with a core of citrus and lychees and snow pea. The palate is crisp and refreshing, abundant with fruit and tropical sweetness.

PREPARATION
The vintage was harvested amongst perfect conditions and little earlier than previous vintages with the resultant green herbs and tropical fruits onthe nose. Fruit was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation.
