PREPARATION
- 1. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 - 2 tablespoon of oil until done
- 2. Add soft bean curd and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu
- 3. Stir well lightly
- 4. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens
