PREPARATION
- 1. Fish (600g), Vegetable (100g: Lady's Finger, Tomato And Brinjal), Water (400ml), Fresh Thick Coconut Milk (200ml), 1 Packet Of Ikan Brand Sauce
- 2. Stir fry 1 packet Ikan Brand Sauce together with vegetables until fragrant
- 3. Add in water and fish, cooked until water boils
- 4. Stir in coconut milk, simmer over low heat cook until fish is cooked
