Cover Utensiland keep in medium heat for 7-10 mins donot lift lid or stir.6. To checkif rice is cooked , press rice between first finger and thump.7. Remove untensilfrom the flame and drain water completly.8.Keep rice undisturbed for some time . rice is ready to be served.
