JUNIPERUS COMMUNIS
Our Bulgarian Juniper essential oil is obtained from the fruits of the Juniperus Communis evergreen tree through steam distillation. The oil has a woody, sweet, fresh aroma with a fruity hint.
Used in aromatherapy Juniper essential oil promotes relaxation, relieves anxiety, nervous tension and mental exhaustion. It also cleanses and purifies the air.
Used cosmetically Juniper essential oil, thanks to its natural antiseptic properties, purifies skin leaving a dewy complexion. Known for its detoxifying and antioxidant effect it also works to protect the skin from enviromental stressors. Juniper berry oil is also reputed to help regulate skin conditions caused by hormonal disorders.
Applied through a massage (preliminary diluted) Juniper essential oil is said to have a positive effect on conditions such as rheumatism and arthritis.
Aromatically Juniper essential oil combines well with Frankincense, Cedarwood, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Lavender, Neroli, and citrus essential oils.

Diffuse or inhale Juniper berry essential oil when you need to calm down and relax or when you have a sore throat or some respiratory discomfort to ease the unpleasant symptoms.
Dilute Juniper berry essential oil in a carrier oil and massage the chest, the abdomen, and the stomach area to soothe problems with indigestion.
Incorporate Juniper berry essential oil into your skin care routine by adding it to your moisturizer or by diluting it in a light carrier oil. This will help cleanse skin, prevent clogged pores and thus the formation of breakouts.
