Black fungus / wood ear mushrooms200 g
Spring onion, shredded1
Red chili, sliced1
Seasoning
Knorr Mala Liquid Seasoning1 tbsp
Chilli oil1 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Black vinegar1 tsp
Sesame oil12 tsp
How to cook
Step 1
  • In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to boil. Cook black fungus for 3 minutes, drained and set aside.
Step 2
  • Mix all seasoning in a medium bowl, combine black fungus and sliced chili, mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
Step 3
  • Garnish with spring onion before serving.
