Black fungus / wood ear mushrooms | 200 g |
Spring onion, shredded | 1 |
Red chili, sliced | 1 |
Seasoning | |
Knorr Mala Liquid Seasoning | 1 tbsp |
Chilli oil | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Black vinegar | 1 tsp |
Sesame oil | 1⁄2 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to boil. Cook black fungus for 3 minutes, drained and set aside.
Step 2
- Mix all seasoning in a medium bowl, combine black fungus and sliced chili, mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
Step 3
- Garnish with spring onion before serving.
