How to cook
Step 1
  • Preheat the oven at 180°C.

  • In a bowl, whisk egg, coconut oil, milk and sweetener. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
Step 3
  • Scoop the mixture evenly into 6 muffin cups, topped with some coconut flakes.
Step 4
