Chicken Meat (shredded) | 200 g |
Eggs (lightly beaten) | 2 |
Spring Onion (diced) | 1 tbsp |
Crab Roe | 1 tbsp |
Seasoning | |
XO Sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until just set. Set aside.
Step 2
- Sauté chicken in 1 tbsp oil until done.
Step 3
- Add rice, seasoning mix and eggs.
Step 4
- Stir-fry until heated through.
Step 5
- Sprinkle with green onion and crab roe.
