Greek Yoghurt | 150 g |
Frozen Baby Spinach | 10 g |
Frozen Banana | 1 |
Unsweetened Orange Juice | 1⁄2 cup |

Coconut Flakes | 1 tsp |
Strawberries | 2 |
Blueberries | 4 |
Blackberries | 2 |
Chia Seeds | 1 tsp |
Crushed Cashews | 2 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- In a blender, add frozen berries, banana, spinach, greek yoghurt and orange juice. Amount of orange juice depends on how thick you want the smoothie to be (less juice = thicker smoothie).
Step 2
- Blend till smooth.
Step 3
- Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, crushed cashews, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
