PREPARATION

• Directions:
1. Consult feeding table and pour exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle
2. Use only the scoop from this container
3. Powder must be leveled
4. Consult feeding table and add exact number of level scoops for age of baby
5. Cap bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved
• Important:
1. Wash hands before preparing baby's formula
2. Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly until no milk remains
3. Boil for five minutes and leave covered until use
4. Boil drinking water for five minutes and allow it to cool
5. Unboiled water, unboiled bottles or incorrect dilution can make the baby ill
6. Incorrect storage, handling, preparation and feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects for the health of the baby
7. Use only the enclosed scoop
8. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive baby of proper nutrition
9. Do not change proportions without medical advice
10. Infants older than 6 months require supplemental foods in addition to formula
11. Consult health care professional before introducing any new food to baby's diet
12. If an earlier introduction of new food is recommended by the health care professional, reduce formula intake as advised
