PREPARATION
Thawing Method:
Speed thaw the Snow Crab Platter under running water in original packaging. Do not leave at room temperature, or more than 5 hours in the chiller to prevent the raw crab from turning black due to oxidation. Whilst harmless, it does not look appetising.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep frozen in the freezer at -18°C or below.
