PREPARATION
In a skillet over medium heat, saute crushed garlic clove (to taste) in 2 teaspoons of butter or olive oil. Place thawed fish fillet in the skillet, cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle dry parsley on fish fillets. Serve with your favourite rice mixture and vegetables.
Place thawed fish in baking dish. In a bowl, combine 3/4 tomato sauce (fresh or prepared), 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and 1 teaspoon oregano. Spoon mixture onto fish and bake at 425F for approximately 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
