PREPARATION
- Scallops must be thawed and fully cooked before consumption. Scallops should be firm and opaque when cooked.

- 2. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- 3. Add the scallops and cook for 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side) or until golden browned.
