PREPARATION

  • Cooking method:
  • 1. Blanch laksa noodles (400g), fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts (100g) and 6 medium prawns in boiling water
  • 2. Drain and set aside
  • 3. In another pot, mix Golden Chef Singapore Laksa Paste (220g) and water (500ml), and bring it to boil
  • 4. Add fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts, fried beancurd puff (40g) and prawns into laksa gravy
  • 5. Simmer for 10 minutes
  • 6. Place laksa noodles in a bowl and laksa gravy and garnish with laksa leaves
  • 7. Ready to serve

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in a cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours
  • • Once heated, use immediately
