PREPARATION
- 1. Add tom yam paste, water, lemongrass and galangal in a pot
- 2. Simmer for 5 minutes
- 3. Then, add in prawns, mushroom and kaffir lime leaves
- 4. Simmer until cooked
- 5. Garnish with coriander and serve
