PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1. Completely twist off tab, do not pull off
- 2. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and discard container
- • Warnings:
- 1. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container on to any surface
- 2. Do not touch unit-does tip to eye
- 3. Do not reuse, once opened, discard
- 4. Stop usage and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours
- 5. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more of the ingredients
- 6. Use only if single-use container is intact
- 7. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
